We are presenting Champage & Caviar Omakase on Friday, September 29 and on Saturday, September 30. To mark the end of Summer and send us off into Fall, Chef Colin has created an incredible menu of dishes highlighting one of our favorite luxury ingredients: Caviar. The menu features a variety of caviar fused into new interpretations of our classic 14-course experience.
To pair with this we’ve collaborated with Vanessa Rea-Marcel to bring you a pairing of entirely Champagne. Vanessa currently works with Vineyard Road, and is a former Sommelier at famed Union Square Cafe in Manhattan, as well as industry darling Eastern Standard—where she was named Best New Sommelier by Wine & Spirits Magazine. Vanessa will be in attendance to talk about this stunning lineup of producers.
The Champagne & Caviar Omakase is $500 per ticket including all food and beverage—not including 22% administration fee and 7% tax. Reservations are filling quickly, so please don't hesitate!
